Melissa, I cannot believe your low prices there!  It's a lovely home and in my neighborhood would be in the 3 to $400,000 range---and taxes about $10,000.

MELISSA - I'm ready to relocate to TN.  I can't believe what the taxes are on this home.  Taxes on that amount of land (with no home) in this area would be at least triple that amount.

That's one beautiful house for the price! Around here it would be going for well over $240,000 and the annual taxes would be about $3000.00.
