Melissa, I thought the entire presentation was EXCELLENT, especially new areas like blogging. I also liked your heavy emphasis on Internet Marketing. The only caution I would give you is don't overwhelm them with too much information or your one hour presentation might stretch to three hours and they will suffer information overload. Just show them you ARE that good but keep it tight and concise. Above all, ask many questions before the "tell" part.

Kristi - No, the new lot did not come from my listing presentation. I obtained a bunch of them last week. However, the lead did come through a localism post that I wrote on the History of my area. Localism DOES work, it takes a little while to get yourself out there but once you start the listings and the buyers will come !

Melissa, Very impressive and comprehensive. Do you send this to listing prospects via internet or present it in person? I've been wondering if it's better to send something like this BEFORE I meet with someone, so that if when they do hire me, it's as simple as completing the paperwork and launching the listing. Please advise as to how you communicate your presentation...
LaShawn - A Pre-listing presentation such as this is always sent to any potential client prior to our face to face meeting. It usually stops right up front them interviewing with any other Agent besides me. Just a few weeks ago I had a seller tell me they were interviewing one other Agent. Ok, no problem. In the end I got the listing. They reported to me that they wanted me to sell the home hands down because the other Agent did not provide them with half the information I did and they simply loved " What I could do for them". My approach has got me 17 listings in 3 weeks ! If you have any questions don't hesitate to call or email me.
